Deer Guards
Close-up of concrete deer grates, sometimes called deer guards. You can get
creative with the area surrounding the grates in your driveway. Some customers flank each
side with masonry like a stone wall or simply backfill with gravel
material.

Concrete grates can be painted to match your driveway if you choose or
left natural.
Here is the basic spacing for the concrete deer grates offered. Notice
how the top of the slats are rounded and the hollow area is narrow
preventing deer from thwarting the grates.
